1. Delivery

1.1 Delivery Type and Time

1) The package will be sent from factory in 7 days.
2) The delivery shall be by flight or ship, it depends.
3) Expected time of shipment arrival: 30 days after the delivery.

1.2 Package List

The UAV shall be set to 2 different parts, of which the part 1 will take 10 days by Flight, the part 2 will take 30 days by Ship.

1.3 Delivery Cost

As the prices of shipment are changing frequently, the delivery price quotations will change according to the current market prices.
NO surcharge.

2. Install & Uninstall

2.1 Install

The installation is quite simple which will only take several minutes.
You can follow the steps below or on the usage manual which you can download on page Tyrant UAV Usage Manual

1) Take out all parts.
2) Install the airframe.
3) Install the airfoil.
4) Install the airborne equipment.
5) Install the grand station.
6) Install the battery.
7) Install the data link transmission
8) Turn on the switch on battery, turn on the controller, correct the UAV, test the data link transmission, test the grand station, test the flight,

2.2 Uninstall

The uninstallation is as simple as the insrallation.Just land the UAV, and RESERVE the installation steps 1-7.

3.2 Pilot Training & UAV pilot certificates

3.2.1 IAOPA

The International Council of Aircraft Owner and Pilot Associations (IAOPA) is a nonprofit federation of 82 autonomous, nongovernmental, national general aviation organizations. Since 1962, IAOPA has represented international general aviation around the world. The combined total of individuals represented by these constituent member groups of IAOPA is nearly 400,000 pilots, who fly general aviation aircraft for business, fun, and personal transportation. Locate your local affiliate and join the fight to protect and grow general aviation.

The certificates of IAOPA are widely recognized by most countries all over the world. We have the authorization of its organization in China to conduct UAV driving training, examination and certificate issuance.

3.2.2 Tyrant UAV training

1) WVR (pilot within visual range) 15 Days' offline training, including the board and lodging. 2) BVR (pilot beyond visual range) 28 Days' offline training, including the board and lodging. 3) Online Training If you can not come to the training base nor get the training from other channels, we suggest you take our online training which can also get you your pilot certificates by contacting us : info@tyrantuav.com

4. Repair

4.1 Common failures and self-handling

To help our clients to handle situations and failures,we offer maintenance and spare parts.

4.2 On-line Free Help

If 4.1 can not help you,we have a help team to offer free online help to maintenance,then give you the solution.

If 4.2 can not help you,we offer face to face help (if paid),engineers will fly to your place to help.The problems will be solved soon.

5. Spare Parts

Free spare parts for clients

Tyrant UAV provides some spare parts for our clients and dealers, especially for the dealers.

6. Quality Guarantee

Tyrant UAV provides clients quality guarantee for products.We will send the spare parts for free if the situations are up to the guarantee policy.

7. Payment Information

7.1 Payment Type

Tyrant UAV only accept payment to the company but not to any person accounts. Please pay all or part of the payment to our company account after confirming that the contract is effective. Payment may be made by transfer or letter of credit.

7.2 Payment Information

Tyrant UAV do not change our bank account information, please do not trust any information about account changing. If there is this kind of changing, please send email to info@tyrantuav.com, and please do not pay any cents before we confirm the bank account information.

7.3 Payment Security

First, please read 7.1 & 7.2, Tyrant UAV will let you know immediately, that we received your transfer or credit letter, if we don't notice you after you paid, please contact us as soon as possible, then we will let you know if you are paying the wrong account, you will have enough time to correct your mistake and get your money back.

8. Exchange & Return

8.1 Exchange & Return Policy

If the products are not matching the introduction on the website, or damages happen to the products in the delivery, Tyrant UAV provides exchange and return service.
If the products are damaged when using, Tyrant UAV provides exchange and return to repair.

8.3 Exchange & Return Cost

If the reason belongs to Tyrant UAV, the cost of exchange and return should be free.
If the reason is on clients, the cost should be according to the real-time delivery prices.

According to the real-time shipping prices provide by forwarders.Shipping cost should not be more than the real-time prices.
